Nope, I didn't spell it wrong, it's just my way of expressing how FULL of thanks I am today. I'm sorry I don't have any pics to share with this post. They are on my camera but I'm trying to do this fast because I need to get to bed because I am one of those crazy people who will get up at 4 in the morning to go shopping!
I am not going to lie, this has been a doozy of a year. Some could look at it and see how much we've lost, but I choose to see all that we've gained. My husband has worked his tail off and today, he is living his dream of being a firefighter. We are so thankFULL. After working as a Massage Therapist for a decade, I finally landed a dream job in a Hospital that I have much respect for. I am so thankFULL. And even better than that, I have been blessed with a thriving Doula business that barely gives me a break - but I have helped 16 families birth their babies into the world this year. For that, I am incredibly thankFULL. We have 2 amazing children who have been resilient through all of our changes this year. ThankFULL, thankFULL, thankFULL. Most of all, I thank God for guiding us. I really don't know how we got through life when we weren't walking with The Lord. God has been so good to us and this year, and I am especially thankFULL for the glimpses of His perceptive. For we see so little, and He sees everything... In fact, I am thankFULL that I am unable to see everything. It would probably send me straight into a fear coma. I think it's the glimpses that keep us going, then leaving the rest to faith.
And what would a blog of mine be without a little bit of humor mixed in? I am thankFULL for the wonderful spread of delicious food that we devoured today... oh, and all the leftovers in my fridge right now! I'm also very thankFULL for indoor plumbing - because it's freezing outside of course - why? What did you think I was talking about?! Ha ha.
