Mom gets a night out!

The last weekend of November our Church had a "Ladies Evening of Elegance". It was fun to dress up - which for me includes showering, putting on makeup, shaving my legs, and painting my toenails all in the same day! That rarely happens... Anyway, each table had a hostess that decorated it in her own individual style. They were all beautiful. We had live music, a catered dinner and dessert, a guest speaker (great message on friendship), and lots of fellowship. It was the perfect girls night out!
Here I am with my friend Becky. Her table theme was "The Christmas Story" complete with a little ornament of a fish-net stocking leg lamp! She's so funny!
These were our live musicians for the evening. They played beautiful Christmas music. They are a husband and wife duo, and she didn't tell him until they showed up that they were going to be performing for a bunch of women. He was seriously the only guy there - except for their baby.
