On our way to Lincoln City to shop at the Outlet Mall, we stopped at "Devil's Punchbowl". It's a rock that the center has been totally carved out of by the waves over the years. Then we literally shopped until we dropped - for like, 6 hours! And the little girls were SO good! They didn't complain once. Of course, they had plenty of loot to gush over, but still... that was a long day for
Kialaia. Afterwards we went to the best restaurant in Lincoln City -
Kyllo's. It's fabulous - from the food, to the atmosphere, to the service.

The scenery just North of "Devils Punchbowl". Looks like a postcard, huh?

Just South of there, I think it's called Beverly Beach. This is the only place I've ever seen surfers on the central Oregon Coast - but they do exist here!

The little buddies, skipping hand in hand.

After our long day and a great dinner, we stopped at the
Yaquina Head Lighthouse. It was so windy that we could barely stand still for the pictures... but I managed to get this one.

Such great pictures, Jen! Especially the staircase in the lighthouse and the lamp. Can't wait to see the rest. Devils Punchbowl did look like a postcard. Thanks for sharing all.
