It was a little unfortunate that we spent all day away from the beach, so that by the time we got back the wind had kicked in and the temperature had dropped, but it didn't matter - we played in the sand and water anyway!
It's hard to get a picture of Kialaia without a funny look on her face lately.

Love this picture! Bradee, Kialaia, and Me jumping the waves. And yes, it was COLD! But as soon as your feet turn red they get a little numb and it's not so bad... : )
We ended up getting so wet. Poor Kia was soaked to her butt! I drew our fun short because I didn't want her getting hypothermia or anything. She could have played forever in that water, despite the cold.
